What should I know about making an appointment?While we strive to accommodate all appointment time requests, please note that requested times are not guaranteed. Appointments will be scheduled based on availability and operational needs. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

What is a VIP appointment?A VIP appointment (squeeze in) is when all desired appointments are filled but the client is fit into the schedule anyway. These appointments are an additional $300 on top of the service and must be paid in full upon scheduling. All VIP appointments must be manually scheduled, via text @ 404-919-2913 to determine availability. You will need to provide your full name, phone number, email address and service needed.

Why are consultations important?Consultations give you an opportunity to get to know your stylist and begin building a relationship with your client. It’s where you are able to connect, communicate, and set expectations for their hair journey.

I'm suffering from hair loss! What to do?Hair loss can be a difficult subject to discuss and can have an emotional ,psychological and physical affect on women. Finding a great team (doctor, dermatologist, stylist, therapist, and support group) to navigate you through the journey of restoring your hair recommend. Hair loss is typically related to one or more of the following factors: STRESS Hormonal changes and medical conditions Radiation therapy to the head Family history (heredity) Medications and supplements Damaging Hairstyles You do not have to got through this journey alone. Does my billing and shipping have to match?Yes! Billing and shipping does have to match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Only exception to a different shipping and billing is Apple Pay.

Can I make changes to my order?To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to check their order details carefully before submitting their order.
